The complete agenda for Nutracon 2009, to be held in Anaheim, CA, from March 4-5, will include a five-track content series that will deliver cutting edge science, thought-provoking discussion, data, trends and more on the subjects of: Weight Management & Obesity, Healthy Aging, Applications & Impacts of Fermentation Technology, New Developments in Vitamins and Minerals, and SuperFruits & Berries. The Nutracon conference attracts the health and nutrition industry’s senior-level innovators and renowned experts to discuss science, technology and trends.

All attendees are invited to join in on the conference speed data sessions, keynote, networking breakfasts and lunches, and the progressive cocktail party. Attendees won’t want to miss these first-rate opportunities to make connections and learn from industry peers.

The Weight Management and Obesity track will take place both Wednesday and Thursday; the Applications & Impacts of Fermentation Technology track will take place on Wednesday; the Healthy Aging track will take place on Wednesday; the New Developments in Vitamins and Minerals track will take place on Thursday; and the SuperFruits and Berries track will take place on Thursday.

Attendees are encouraged to follow a track from start to finish or, if interests straddle multiple tracks, move back and forth across interest areas.

The Keynote address will be given by Dr. Jim Joseph, PhD, USDA, Agricultural Research Service Research Physiologist, on Wednesday, March 4 at 8:30 am.
